 Gym Diet Chart FOR Weight Gain💪

 It will be help us for weight gain when we start this gaining diet chart then we need to some nutrition whose help us for gain our body fat

Avoid- Alcohol, smoking

Breakfast

Oats, milk, boil eggs, whole wheat bread, Banana shake add on dry fruits, peanut butter with whole wheat bread  

Whey protein – This is help us for gaining, grow up calories and energy


LUNCH

Green vegetables with little seeds, Greek yogurt, whole wheat pasta, green salad, smoothie with nuts

Snacks ¬– juice with chicken salad, multigrain biscuit, veggies soup/chicken soup, protein chocolate, 2 banana

Dinner

Grill fish, Grill chicken breast (Boil chicken), 4-5 egg white omelette with multigrain bread, and green vegetables with chicken breast salad

Add on caffeine- sometime u can take black coffee or milk coffee, green tea 

Keep dehydrating yourself, and take food properly, first more think we need to take rest properly, eat on time this diet plan help us for gain weight, grow strength, body shape, up the energy level and we need to sleep properly if we want good physic so you have to move yourself, follow the diet plan and grow up live healthy lifestyle.
