Green vegetables – It’s good for health and too good for fat burn green vegetables are a good source for fat burn we can get fat burn faster we can clean and strengthen our internal body parts it’s good for health.
Fruits- we can eat all fruits just avoid bananas.
Olive oil- when we use to dieting or going for fit then we should use to olive oil because it’s good for health we can use one tablespoon olive oil.
Breakfast- it’s very important don’t skip breakfast we can eat egg white, con-flux with skim milk, multigrain bread, sprout you can choose one meal and take it.
Lunch- when we take lunch so add on cucumber salad, boil pulses, boil or grill chicken salad, steam green vegetables.
Snakes- juice, soup, multigrain 2 biscuit, smoothies, sweet potato, sweet corn.
Dinner- Grill fish with green vegetables, grill chicken, 4 eggs white, soup (veg or non-veg) boil pulse.
