 Benefits of the 7-Day Diet



7Day diet plan we can change our body shape we get healthy and fit lifestyle we  can lose calories 1000 to 1500 and get a beauty make sure we can be our habits


• Avoid food

Need to avoid sugar, junk food, deep fry food, alcohol, soda

• First day

  • Eat many fruits as you like watermelon, cantaloupe and 
  • berries recommended 
  • Drink 8-11 glass of water every day
  • Stay away from banana on a day

• Second day

  • Eat vegetables
  • Use olive oil in little quantity(don’t deep fry) 
  • Water 8to12 glass in a day

• Third day

  • Eat fruits and vegetables
  • Avoid banana and potatoes
  • Water 8 to12 glass

• Fourth day

  • 4 small banana, 2 glass skim milk banana is a superfood for energy level
  • You can take a bowl of vegetable soup

• Fifth day

  • You take brown rice
  • Non-vegetarian can eat chicken and fish (boil or grill)
  • Vegetarian can take tofu and cottage chess
  • Keep hydrated yourself with water

• Sixth day

  • You can eat brown rice 
  • Non-vegetarian take chicken breast and fish (boil and grill)
  • Vegetarian take sautéed vegetable add on tofu and cottage cheese
  • You take soup (veg or non-veg)

• Seventh-day

  • Brown rice
  • Drink fruit juice
  • Drink water
  • Green vegetables (sautéed)

• Add on other food

  • Green tea without any sweet or sugar
  • Black coffee without any sweet or sugar.

We need to follow a 7-day diet plan after that we can get good results whose we want to myself and we get to shape our body burn calories this is good for my health this food help to us toxin and it’s making strong our 

internal body parts it helps us for loss to extra body fat and grow up our strength.
